Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia represents a Financial Services firm seeking a Finance & Accounting Department Head to lead reporting, budgeting, and closing processes.

The role involves cost-control analytics, collaboration with auditors, and implementation of robust internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.

Applicant should have 5–7 years in accounting/finance within financial services and a Bachelor’s degree; KAP/audit background is a plus, CVs in English only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance or audit in financial services.
• Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Background in KAP or auditor is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and OJK regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Analyze financial data for cost control and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for compliance.
• Review audit findings and address risks.
• Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and governance.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK and OJK regulations.
• Oversee financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory submissions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent financial risks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
