Qualifications

• 5+ years of FAT manager experience in an MNC manufacturing environment.
• Experience in preparing audit reports in English.
• Stable career history and detail-oriented.
• CV must be in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the finance team (8 staff members)
• Communicate with overseas counterparts and stakeholders
• Handle accounting systems and processes
• Prepare and review audit reports in English
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for financial issues
• Perform managerial reviews and oversight
• Act as a playing manager who both manages and performs hands-on work
