PT Shangyang Technology Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Cost Accountant for a full-time role at our manufacturing facility in Cikupa, Banten. The candidate will lead cost analyses, monitor inventory costing, and support budgeting while collaborating with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, and Management teams.

Experience in manufacturing cost accounting and ability to communicate in Mandarin are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin for work-related matters.
Strong knowledge of Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and product costing.

Responsibilities

Calculate and analyse Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM/HPP) and product costs.
Analyse raw material, packaging material, direct labour, and overhead costs.
Monitor and analyse actual costs versus standard or budgeted costs.
Prepare monthly production cost reports and cost variance analysis.
Analyse product profitability and identify cost improvement opportunities.
Monitor inventory costing, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Perform inventory reconciliation and support stock opname / physical counts.
Investigate cost discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
Maintain cost accounting records according to company policies and standards.
Support budgeting and production cost forecasting activities.
Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, and Management teams.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including cost accruals, inventory adjus
