Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize packing line transformation projects.
• Ensure activities meet safety, quality, and engineering standards.
• Lead continuous improvement and VA-VE initiatives on packing lines.
• Coordinate documentation from User Specifications to Commissioning.
• Adopt new technology and best practices for packing lines.
• Drive cost-reduction and efficiency programs while maintaining quality.
• Assess risks for contractor activities and ensure compliance.
• Improve overall equipment effectiveness by reducing downtime.
• Ensure spare parts availability and optimize inventory levels.
