Job summary

Unilever's Cikarang Skin Factory seeks a Beauty & Wellbeing ID Asst. Project Manager - Packing Line to lead transformation and net productivity initiatives on the packing lines.

You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Maintenance, and R&D to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with uncompromised quality. The role requires mechanical or electrical engineering background, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement and VA-VE projects in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Working knowledge of project and engineering tasks.
• Strong leadership and field orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize project activities for packing line transformation and net productivity initiatives.
• Ensure all activities meet safety, quality, and engineering standards.
• Lead continuous improvement and VA-VE initiatives for packing lines.
