Job summary

PT Danz Nine Indonesia seeks a skilled translator/interpreter to support multilingual communication across Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia within our Jakarta operations.

Responsibilities include translating SOPs and technical documents, providing live interpretation in meetings and trainings, and ensuring accurate, confidential communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. The role requires meticulous records and collaboration with Production, QA, Purchasing, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Translate written documents between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (SOPs, technical documents, reports, emails).
• Provide accurate verbal interpretation during meetings, training sessions, audits, and negotiations.
• Foster effective communication between Chinese-speaking management, employees, suppliers, customers, and external partners.
• Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with company terminology and manufacturing standards.
• Assist cross-functional departments (Production, QA, Purchasing, Supply Chain, HR) with translation needs.
• Support communication with overseas suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare, review, and proofread translated documents while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate communication between local and Chinese-speaking stakeholders to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Maintain organized records of translated documents and communication materials.
• Perform other translation and administrative duties as assigned by management.

• Provide accurate verbal interpretation during meetings, training sessions, audits, business negotiations, and daily communication.

• Ensure all translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and consistent with company terminology and manufacturing standards.

• Support communication with overseas suppliers and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
