Job summary

Ukirama, a cloud-based ERP provider in Indonesia, seeks a Mandarin-speaking translator to support real-time translation during client meetings and to draft/translate emails and documents. You will help prepare meeting materials and coordinate with the team and stakeholders to ensure smooth communications.

Ideal candidates will have strong Mandarin skills across speaking, listening, and writing, and be comfortable engaging with clients in meetings. Software/ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong Mandarin proficiency (speaking, listening, and writing) in a professional setting.
• Ability to communicate business and technical terms clearly.
• Experience in client meetings is a plus.

• Support written communication in Mandarin, including drafting and translating emails and documents
• Help prepare meeting materials and support coordination with the team and stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong Mandarin proficiency (speaking, listening, and writing), including the ability to understand and communicate business and technical terms in a professional setting
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients in meetings
• Experience in business or sales meetings (especially software/ERP) is a plus
