Job summary

AINI Heating Technology in Demak, Central Java, seeks a skilled translator/ interpreter to bridge language gaps between local teams, management, and overseas stakeholders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will translate technical, administrative, and operational content, facilitate meetings, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding confidentiality and smooth cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing terminology, production processes, and general operational workflows to support cross-departmental coordination (production, engineering, warehouse, and management).
• Proven ability to interpret during meetings, training sessions, machinery installation, and discussions with foreign partners or suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail with a solid commitment to documentation accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Be the bridge of communication between local teams, management, and overseas stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate translations, and clear coordination across departments.
• Interpret during meetings, trainings, and installations to support international collaboration.
• Maintain documentation quality and confidentiality across all translated/ interpreted materials.

Job description

Be the bridge of communication between local teams, management, and overseas stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate translations, and clear coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Fluent and highly proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian (both verbal and written), with the ability to deliver accurate and natural translations for technical, administrative, and operational contexts.

Good command of English as a supporting language for daily business communication, documentation, and basic management coordination.

Strong understanding of manufacturing terminology, production processes, and general operational workflows to support cross-departmental coordination (production, engineering, warehouse, and management).

Proven ability to interpret during meetings, training sessions, machinery installation, and discussions with foreign partners or suppliers.

Strong attention to detail with a solid commitment to documentation accuracy and confidentiality.

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills to connect effectively with diverse teams and management.
