Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Tax Supervisor in Jakarta to lead Indonesian tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities. The role collaborates with the Finance Manager and external consultants in a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with monthly tax calculations, corporate income tax, VAT, and tax audits, and possess BKP and Brevet certifications while communicating fluently in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• 3–5 years of Indonesian tax experience, preferably in shipping or logistics.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in tax compliance.
• Valid BKP and Brevet A/B/C certificates as required by the employer.
• Fluent Mandarin and English for cross-border communications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly tax calculations and returns under Indonesian regulations.
• Assist in preparing Annual Corporate Income Tax Returns and other reports.
• Review vouchers and invoices for correct tax treatment.
• Monitor corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes and other obligations.
• Coordinate with authorities and consultants on audits and compliance matters.
• Support tax audits with reconciliations, schedules and documentation.
