Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia, based in Jakarta, seeks a Tax Supervisor to lead Indonesian tax compliance for a multinational logistics group. The role focuses on accurate tax calculations, timely reporting, and compliance with Indonesian tax laws.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the accounting team and external consultants while communicating in Mandarin and English to support cross‑border activities. A hands-on tax professional with strong certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Indonesian taxation, preferably in multinational environments.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience or coordinating tax compliance activities.
• Possess a valid Tax Consultant Certificate (BKP) and Brevet A, B, and C certifications, as required by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly tax calculations and returns.
• Assist in preparing Annual Corporate Income Tax Returns and other required tax reports.
• Review journal vouchers, invoices, and documents for correct tax treatment.
• Monitor corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and other tax obligations.
• Identify tax risks, compliance gaps, and tax-related financial risks.
• Ensure timely tax payments and maintain proper tax records and documentation.
• Support audits and examinations by preparing reconciliations and working papers.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants on audits and disputes.
• Track changes in Indonesian tax laws and assess impact on operations.
• Provide tax planning advice and recommendations to management.
