PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Tax Supervisor to lead Indonesian tax compliance for a growing maritime logistics business. You will prepare monthly tax calculations, review transactions, and coordinate with authorities and external consultants in a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate has BKP and Brevet A/B/C, 3–5 years of tax experience, and fluent Mandarin and English to communicate with the management team and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Indonesian taxation experience, preferably within shipping, maritime transportation, logistics, trading, or other multinational environments.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated responsibility for coordinating tax compliance activities.
• Possess a valid Tax Consultant Certificate (BKP) and Brevet A, B, and C certifications.
• Proven hands‑on experience preparing monthly tax calculations and returns, and tax‑related financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding taxes.
• Fluent Mandarin and English for professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly tax calculations and returns.
• Assist in preparing and submitting the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return and other required tax reports.
• Review journal vouchers, invoices, and documents for appropriate tax treatment.
• Monitor corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and other tax obligations.
• Identify tax exposures and compliance gaps and document risks.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants on audits and disputes.
• Support tax audits and regulatory matters with reconciliations and schedules.
