PT Geomineral Inti Perkasa is seeking a supervisory-level accountant in Jakarta to oversee site financial operations and ensure accurate reporting. The role requires Mandarin fluency to communicate with Chinese expatriate management and to lead the accounting team through month-end and year-end close.

Responsibilities include consolidating statements, managing GL reconciliations, and aligning Indonesian procedures with the China Holding company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial accounting role.
• Mining industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin for reporting to Chinese management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Lead monthly and year-end accounting close processes within deadlines.
• Supervise AP, AR, reconciliations, inventory valuation, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee depreciation, fixed assets, and CAPEX in line with mining data.
• Strengthen site accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the accounting team.
• Bridge language gaps between site ops, local staff, and Top Management.
• Align Indonesian reporting with China Holding company requirements.
