Job summary

PT Geomineral Inti Perkasa in Jakarta seeks a senior finance leader to oversee local and regional financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in line with PSAK and IFRS.

You will manage treasury, drive cost control, and mentor a finance team, coordinating with operations and tax teams, and coordinating with Mandarin-speaking expatriate management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in a supervisory role, with ERP experience and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, mining experience preferred.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and IFRS/PSAK reporting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and leadership to develop a finance team.
• Mandarin proficiency to communicate with expatriate management.
• Align Indonesian Finance reporting with China Holding company's requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial statements in line with PSAK and IFRS.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting; monitor variances and advise management on performance.
• Manage daily treasury operations, cash flow, and liquidity.
• Implement cost-control procedures; analyze CAPEX and OPEX for improvements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during the annual audit.
• Collaborate with Operations, General Affairs, Procurement, Tax & Accounting.
• Supervise and develop the site finance team for accuracy and growth.
• Communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in the mining preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial reporting standards (PSAK / IFRS).
• Hands‑on experience operating ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and proven leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team effectively.
• Proficiency in Mandarinfor communicating and coordinating with expatriate management.
• Align Indonesian Finance compliance and reporting with the China Holding company's reporting requirements, coordinating with Finance and headquarters to reconcile differences and ensure consistent reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in compliance with local accounting standards (PSAK) and IFRS.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting. Monitor budget realizations and perform variance analysis to advise management on financial performance.
• Manage daily treasury operations, monitor cash flow, and ensure sufficient liquidity to support continuous mining and site operational activities.
• Implement robust cost‑control procedures, analyze site operational expenditures (CAPEX and OPEX), and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Ensure all financial activities comply with internal corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors during the annual financial audit process.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (Operations, General Affairs, Procurement, Tax & Accounting)
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the site finance team to ensure daily operational excellence, high data accuracy, and continuous professional growth.
• Good communication in Mandarin (both spoken and written) to coordinate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders or management.
