MatchaTalent is seeking a FAT Manager to lead finance, accounting, taxation, and financial governance in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. The role ensures regulatory compliance, robust controls, and accurate financial reporting for a multinational mining client.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, cash flow, audits, and cross-border reporting while coordinating with local leadership and regional HQ to support growth and governance adherence. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience across Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, commodity trading, logistics, or other capital-intensive industries is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee finance, accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, and financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage corporate tax planning, tax reporting, and compliance, and coordinate external tax audits.
• Supervise AR/AP, banking, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.
