Pengiklan Anonim seeks a Mandarin-speaking liaison to coordinate with clients and partners, support sales activities, and prepare quotations and proposals in Mandarin and English/Indonesian. The role involves cross-functional coordination and potential travel for business needs.

The ideal candidate has fluency in Mandarin with strong communication and negotiation skills, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Formación

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with HSK 4+ preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Chinese Language, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, project management, or business development.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, project teams, engineers, stakeholders, and business associates.
• Support sales activities, business negotiations, project progress, schedules, and customer relationship management.
• Assist in preparing quotations, sales proposals, and business documents in Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in meetings, interpreting, and translating business-related documents.
