PT Goday Indonesia Food is seeking an organized Sales Support professional to assist the Sales Manager in daily operations, data collection and reporting. The role requires fluent Mandarin, strong Excel skills, and willingness to travel across regions.

You will collaborate with the sales team and distributors, translating information between Mandarin-speaking management and the local team, while handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales activities.

Qualificações

• Must be proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and report preparation.
• Willing to travel frequently to various regions as required by the company.
• Possess good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Have good data analysis and reporting skills.
• Knowledge or experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or sales administration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Sales Manager in managing and monitoring daily sales operations.
• Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and relevant parties to ensure smooth sales activities.
• Collect, process, and analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Monitor sales target achievement and assist in evaluating sales team performance.
• Travel to various regions for business trips as required by the company.
• Assist in translating and communicating information between Mandarin-speaking management and the local team.
• Handle administrative tasks and other duties related to sales activities.
