Job summary

PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) is seeking a Sales Accounting Staff (Mandarin) to join our Jakarta-based accounting team. You will manage sales-related accounting operations and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

The role requires a formal accounting qualification, 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

Formal accounting qualification or bookkeeping certification is required.
1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with clients.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage financial accounting for sales operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of revenue and accounts receivable.
Recognize sales revenue from contracts and documents per company standards; verify documents.
Prepare sales invoices and ensure all docs are complete and filed.
Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients regarding invoices, payments, and inquiries.
Enter sales revenue vouchers into the ERP system and ensure proper processing.
