Job summary

IDSP Tax Law Firm seeks a Mandarin Speaker (Business Support) to assist in communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients on accounting and tax matters. The role includes interpreting during meetings and preparing bilingual Mandarin-Indonesian documents, supporting daily operations, and coordinating client communications with the tax and accounting team.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Mandarin Language/Literature, Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Fluent Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian accounting and taxation.
• Able to understand and translate accounting and taxation terms accurately.
• Communicative and able to interact well with clients.
• Thorough, organized, proactive, and willing to learn new things.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients regarding accounting and tax matters.
• Serve as Mandarin–Indonesia interpreter during meetings, discussions, and business communication with clients.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents in Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Support the team in daily operational activities and other business activities.
