Job summary

PT. STANDARD ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Assistant General Manager to lead factory operations and drive improvements in production planning, performance, and safety.

The role requires cross-functional coordination and strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will support the General Manager, oversee Lean initiatives, cost control, and TPM programs, and ensure on-time delivery from Cikarang Pusat, West Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering field.
• Overseas study experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years lean manufacturing or ops experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin with strong language skills.
• Good English and Indonesian preferred.
• Solid knowledge of production planning, quality, and cost control.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across departments.
• Monitor production performance and report KPIs.
• Lead or support TPM, 5S, Lean initiatives.
• Prepare reports and present to General Manager.
• Liaise with external partners and government agencies.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control.
• Draft management documents and policies.
