Qualifications

• 3-5 years in production management or a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 3) and strong leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with production software and quality assurance methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the production process and ensure quality control in a Mandarin-speaking environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members in Mandarin as well as with international stakeholders.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflow processes.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Monitor production performance and address any operational issues that arise.
