Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking a training specialist to design and deliver employee development programs aligned with operational needs in Jakarta. You will create materials in PowerPoint, run sessions in Mandarin and English/Indonesian, and help standardize SOPs and training instructions.

You will analyze training data, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise capabilities, while thriving in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency required (HSK 5 or above).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in training, L&D, SOP management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in training delivery, SOP development, or employee development preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret training and performance metrics.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and developing engaging training materials.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees based on business and operational needs.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and supporting documents using PowerPoint.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training standards.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations in Mandarin and English/Indonesian as required.
• Analyze training-related data and performance metrics.
• Prepare training reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data.
• Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and improve employee capabilities.
• Support implementation and evaluation of training programs and ensure standards are followed.
• Continuously improve training materials, methods, and processes based on feedback and requirements.
