Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Logistics Manager for a global ICT leader in South Jakarta, Indonesia (on-site). You will lead regional logistics, warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, and 3PL performance to ensure secure and efficient supply chain execution.

You will oversee resource planning, supplier performance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. English and Mandarin proficiency are required for overseas communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in Logistics or Supply Chain management.
• 3+ years in managerial or leadership roles in ICT or large-scale logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and medium-term logistics resource plans.
• Oversee warehouse operations, transportation, reverse logistics and 3PL performance.
• Coordinate logistics implementation and provide on-site support for deployments.
