Job summary

PT Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support logistics operations. You will manage contracts, invoices, supporting documents, and SAP transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reporting.

Relevant experience in a logistics or administrative role.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficient in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset for accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Maintain Contract List in Excel, including new and expired contracts.
Maintain Supplier/Logistics List for new suppliers.
Prepare and update Invoice & Supporting Documents.
Maintain Original Document Handover List for Finance.
Prepare Invoice Cover Note and supporting documents for original document submission to Finance.
Maintain receipt records for Contract Original Document Handover to the Legal Team.
Coordinate payment requests from Site, including PNBP and transportation services.
