Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Direct Selling, Business Development, or Account Management within 3PL or Ocean Freight.
• Deep understanding of the China–Indonesia trade lane and ocean freight operations.
• Expertise in tender management, including pricing simulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B customers within the Ocean Freight segment.
• Manage complex tender processes ensuring competitive margins.
• Develop tailored logistics suggestions for international clients.
• Oversee export/import document flow for compliance.
• Coordinate between operations and Mandarin-speaking clients.
