Job summary

SHUYI GRASS JELLY is seeking a Trainer Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) to translate and adapt training materials, conduct onboarding and ongoing training for store staff, baristas, and outlet managers in Surabaya. The role includes store audits and quality checks, plus certifying operational staff before deployment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian with at least 1 year of trainer-related experience in F&B, especially bubble tea or beverage chains.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian.
• At least 1 year experience as Trainer, Store Supervisor, or Senior Barista in the F&B industry.
• Experience in bubble tea or retail beverage chains is a strong plus.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of F&B store operations, hygiene standards, and product quality control.
• Willing to work on public holidays and to audit store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate and adapt SOPs, training materials, and beverage recipes from Mandarin to Indonesian.
• Conduct onboarding and continuous training programs for store staff, baristas, and outlet managers.
• Perform store audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to brand standards and product quality.
• Assess and certify operational staff before store deployment.
• Act as the primary liaison between local operations and central brand management team.
