Job summary

Qualifications

• General Practitioner with valid STR (registration) in Indonesia.
• Fluent or proficient Mandarin communication is required.
• Minimum 2 years of medical experience; emergency experience is a plus.

• Provide primary healthcare consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for medical conditions.
• Conduct medical assessments, health screenings, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
• Respond to medical emergencies, stabilize patients, and coordinate medical evacuation when required.
• Communicate medical information effectively in Mandarin and local language/English to support patient understanding and treatment compliance.
• Provide medical interpretation and translation during consultations and emergency situations; prepare medical reports and incident summaries.

• Conduct medical assessments, health screenings, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
• Respond to medical emergencies, stabilize patients, and coordinate medical evacuation when required.
• Communicate medical information effectively in both Mandarin and the local language/English to support patient understanding and treatment compliance.
• Provide medical interpretation and translation during consultations, emergency situations, and health-related discussions.
• Prepare medical reports and incident summaries

Key Skills/Qualities:

• General Practitioner, who posses valid STR
• Comfortable and able to communicate in the Mandarin Language
• Having minimum 2 years medical experience
• Having emergency experience is a plus
• ATLS, ACLS, and Hiperkes certification are optional, but an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to location all over Indonesia
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Quality services oriented, with mature and pleasant personality
