Job summary

Akulaku is hiring a Customer Service Training & Product Operations (Mandarin Speaker) in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will analyze user behavior and product performance to identify training needs and deliver relevant training to the service teams.

You'll develop and maintain training materials in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin, collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Service, and produce reports on training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in training or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify training needs and provide effective product support solutions.
• Deliver product and customer service training and develop training materials, SOPs, and guidelines in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Service teams to align training content with product updates.
• Conduct training needs analysis, evaluate training effectiveness, and prepare training reports and performance insights.
• Continuously improve training programs and knowledge management systems.
