Job summary

PT. Servistama Pro Indonesia specializes in providing services and spare parts for XCMG heavy equipment across mining, plantation, forestry, and construction sectors.

As a Business Support, you will communicate with partners, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports to aid management decisions. The ideal candidate holds a D3/S1 in Management or related field, is fluent in Mandarin, and has purchasing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Experience in purchasing (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Understanding of the heavy equipment, mining, or natural resources industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with partners/clients to establish a good relationship
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data to support management decision-making
• Preparing clear and informative reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting administrative and operational business activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and mutual support across the organization
