Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Chinese-speaking Accounting Supervisor in Jakarta Utara to oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting. You will serve as the technical bridge for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring accurate workflows and compliance across Indonesian regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting with 3–5 years of supervisory experience, deep PSAK/tax knowledge, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with supervisory exposure.
• Deep knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian Tax laws.
• Experience in high-volume inventory accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Professional English and Mandarin for daily communication and reporting.
• High integrity with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Oversee daily accounting entries and maintain General Ledger accuracy.
• Translate and coordinate financial data for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Ensure PSAK and Indonesian tax compliance (PPN, PPh 21/23/25).
• Coordinate with external auditors and maintain tax/financial documentation.
