Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Tax Supervisor to lead Indonesian tax activities, ensuring accurate calculations, timely reporting, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with the accounting team, tax authorities, and external consultants in a multinational setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Indonesian tax knowledge, relevant certifications, and strong bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English to support cross-border operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation.
• 3–5 years in Indonesian tax experience, preferably in shipping/logistics or multinational environments.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Valid BKP and Brevet A, B, C certificates, as required by employer.
• Experience with monthly tax calculations, annual corporate income tax returns, and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly tax calculations and returns per Indonesian regulations.
• Assist in Annual Corporate Income Tax Return and other tax reports.
• Review vouchers and invoices for correct tax treatment.
• Monitor CIT, VAT, withholding taxes, and other tax obligations.
• Support tax audits and interact with authorities or consultants.
