Role Description

The Mandarin Speaker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indonesia. This role involves using Mandarin and Indonesian/English for daily communication with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange. The Mandarin Speaker will support documentation and translation of business materials, product information, and customer communications, maintaining consistency and compliance with brand and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating with overseas stakeholders, assisting with e-commerce and social media content localization, and supporting customer service or sales teams when Mandarin language support is required. The role also includes maintaining organized records, collaborating across departments, and contributing to efficient workflows within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong language skills, including fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in Indonesian and/or English, with the ability to translate and interpret accurately in business contexts.


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail in spelling, grammar, and clarity across multiple languages.


• Good organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
