Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, gas lift) and surface facilities operations.
• Experience with production data analysis and optimization software.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills suitable for a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production rates, well performance, and facility operations, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Optimize production processes through artificial lift system management, flow assurance, and facility uptime improvements.
• Conduct production testing and analysis to evaluate well and field performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and equipment failures, coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop and implement plans for debottlenecking facilities and improving overall production efficiency.
