Job summary

PT. TELKOM AKSES seeks a senior IT Infrastructure and Security leader in Jakarta to drive planning, implementation, operation, and ongoing improvement of enterprise IT systems and information security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree required in IT-related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, network and system administration, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, endpoint, and data center environments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, incident response, IAM, and business continuity.
• Leadership with strategic/analytical thinking, risk awareness, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and information security.
• Ensure availability, reliability, performance, capacity, and security of networks, servers, data centers, cloud environments, databases, endpoints, and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT architecture, roadmaps, security controls, standards, and asset lifecycle management.
• Manage cybersecurity operations including IAM, monitoring, endpoint protection, vulnerabilities, data protection, and incident response.
• Establish and test backup, DR, BC, and IT security incident handling mechanisms.
• Ensure regulatory and Telkom Group policy compliance and address risk findings, vulnerabilities, and gaps.
• Manage infrastructure/security projects, budgets, procurement, licenses, contracts, vendors, SLAs, and reporting.
• Lead and develop the Infrastructure & Security team and collaborate with units to deliver secure IT services.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, network and system administration, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity, with proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, endpoint, and data center environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, incident response, identity and access management, and business continuity.
• Strong technical competencies in IT Infrastructure Architecture & Management, Network & Connectivity Management, Server, Cloud & Data Center Management, Cybersecurity Operations, Identity & Access Management, Information Security Governance & Compliance, and IT Service & Incident Management.
• Strong leadership capabilities with strategic and analytical thinking, risk awareness, and change management skills.
