In this position you will lead commercial discussions with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers, aiming to minimise costs, maximise recoveries and limit exposure to disputes while protecting project value.

Leighton Indonesia is currently looking for Commercial Manager to be placed in our project in Papua.
The role is for planning & monitoring of commercial aspects of the project; identification, valuation and advisory support to project teams with respect to commercial risks & opportunities; monitoring and tracking project cash flows; and leading commercial discussions/negotiations with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF minimising financial cost, maximising financial recovery and limiting contractual and commercial exposure to dispute.
