Job summary

PT Puninar Anji NYK Logistics Indonesia (PANLI) seeks an experienced operations supervisor to assess and manage the MD department. The role oversees the operation and technology teams, resolves field issues, and drives performance improvements across projects.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or higher, strong English skills, and proficiency in MS Office. 2+ years in logistics/auto parts operations is preferred, with teamwork and problem solving as essential traits.

Qualifications

• Education background: Bachelor degree or above (Logistics engineering, Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors is a PLUS).
• Language competence: Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Technical ability: Good knowledge with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work experience: At least 2-year operational and improvement experience in a similar role within auto parts companies.
• Experience in operation or Manufacturing / Logistics is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Internal staff assessment and management of the MD department.

• Organize internal & internal regular meetings, summarize problem and give solutions accordingly.
• Deal with customer complaint, follow up and report.

• Organize new project cost estimation and implementation.
• Normal supervision and management of operational.
• Important improvement in project implementation.
