Job summary

Pt Hm Sampoerna Tbk. seeks a Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to join our team in Surabaya. You will analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized workflows to reduce costs and boost efficiency across client operations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting SOPs, and presenting findings to client leadership. 3–5 years in related roles and a Lean/Six Sigma mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis or operational consulting.
• Proficiency in process mapping and BPM methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities, comfortable with client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
• Design and document optimized processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and adoption of new processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and recommendations for client leadership.
