PT Contemporary Brunp Indonesia is seeking a Public Affair Specialist focused on permits and government relations in Jakarta. You will conduct policy research, track approvals, and draft official government documents, meeting minutes, and action plans.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to streamline processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in legal or government affairs, fluent English and Indonesian, and strong document-writing skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher, legal background preferred.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, both oral and written.
• 1-3 years in legal, government affairs, permit handling, law firms, or corporate legal departments.
• Proficient in Indonesian legal/regulatory research channels (UU, PP, Perpres, Permen, Kepmen).
• Strong formal document writing skills in Indonesian (official letters, minutes, reports).

Responsabilidades

• Policy and Regulatory Research: retrieve, compile, and preliminarily interpret Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Permitting and Government Affairs Tracking: monitor approvals, permits, and policy coordination; maintain inventories and logs.
• Government Documents and Materials: draft official letters, explanatory letters, meeting materials, and PPTs.
• Government meetings and external liaison support: attend meetings and record opinions, commitments, timeframes, and follow-up actions.
• Comprehensive Advisory Team support: distill core policy content and organize materials for major policies and permits.
