You will become a key member of the Front Office department at our legendary Campus based in Malta joining the unique opportunity to work in a sociable and multicultural environment with great people.

Your tasks

Your Front Office colleagues will support you with the following activities:

• Greeting, welcoming and checking in new guests
• Providing info about services available
• Ensuring that departing guests are out of the accommodation by check out time an checking them out of computer system
• Checking with the House Keeping Supervisor that rooms for the arriving guests of the day have been cleaned
• Collecting direct payments for accommodation, excursions and lessons
• Booking transfers
• Answering phone calls and passing on messages to guests and staff
• Answering emails

Job requirements

• Basic skills of MS Office and Excel
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Additional foreign language skills would be considered an asset
• Good teamwork, organisational, communicative, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and overall quality
• Attention to the client and positive attitude

Conditions

• Start: as soon as possible
• Working hours: Full- time minimum 35 hours
• Minimum 3/4 months- Preferably 6 months
• Place of work: Malta
