Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Mall Operations Head to lead day-to-day operations across a large Indonesian mall. You will oversee facilities, security, and guest experience while coordinating with tenants and cross-functional teams to meet performance targets.

The role requires 8-10 years in mall or property operations with 3-5 years in management, strong leadership, budgeting, and a mastery of safety standards and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, Property Management or related field.
• 8-10 years in mall/shopping center/ commercial property operations with 3-5 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of mall operations, building management, tenant relations, facilities, and safety.
• Experience leading large teams and multiple operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day mall operations to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient business activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standards to hit performance targets.
• Manage facilities, building operations, housekeeping, security, parking, and engineering.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor tenant and customer experience and handle operational issues and complaints.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Security and other departments to support objectives.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
• Lead emergency response, crisis management and business continuity procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and report findings and recommendations to management.
