Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Mall Operations and Process Improvement Specialist to identify, evaluate, and implement enhancements across mall operations in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will lead improvement projects, analyze data, and coordinate with MSI, Legal, HR, and Corporate Support to standardize procedures and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, all major.
• Experience 3-5 years in the same field.
• Skill & Knowledge: Analytical Thinking, PMO, BPM, Mall Operation & Management, PDCA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze field situations to obtain information for innovative improvement analyses supporting operational performance.
• Serve as a project leader for improvement plans and service enhancements at the Mall.
• Provide improvement proposals based on data analysis to improve performance.
• Coordinate with MSI, Legal, HR, Corporate Support to ensure procedures and policies align with business processes and laws.
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate the implementation of procedures and policies.
• Collaborate to develop, implement, and monitor emergency response plans and occupational safety as a crisis center for the Mall.
• Monitor progress of special initiatives/projects related to operational improvement against targets and plans.
• Provide recommendations for budget planning and management calculations to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Manage documentation on standardized procedures, audit reports, and compliance reports, and report status to management.
