Job summary

PT Lets Cosmetic Indonesia is seeking an experienced short-form video creator to translate lipstick, blush, and eyeshadow features into engaging TikTok concepts and scripts. Stay ahead of Indonesian trends and produce high-impact content aligned with the brand.

On-set shooting, texture close-ups, swatches, and GRWM transformations are core duties. Post-production with CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro and precise color grading to match product shades are required for a premium look.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of professional short-form video shooting and editing (end-to-end self-shoot and self-edit).
Experience in color cosmetics brands or cosmetics agencies; makeup portfolio mandatory.
Proficient with mirrorless/DSLR cameras and macro lenses; lighting for small objects.

Responsibilities

On-set shooting and makeup videography to capture product features and trends.
Texture close-ups of lipstick, blush, and eyeshadow to highlight quality.
Swatches, arm swatches, and step-by-step eye makeup demonstrations on models or creators.
Transformations & GRWM videos including wear-tests and Get Ready With Me content.
Post-production and color grading using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro; ensure accurate color reproduction.
Monitor video views, engagement, and TikTok Shop conversion metrics.
