Job summary

PT Lets Cosmetic Indonesia is seeking a Content Planner to spearhead our brand’s vertical video strategy in beauty. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos that capture trends, showcase textures, and build a loyal community.

You will monitor beauty trends daily, script and edit content with CapCut or Premiere Pro, and collaborate with internal talent or micro-influencers to drive engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience producing short-form video content in beauty/lifestyle.
• Deep familiarity with beauty culture, terminology, and top creators/brands.
• Portfolio of viral or high-engagement videos required.

Responsibilities

• Ideate beauty content concepts and monitor trends across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos including tutorials, reviews, and transformations.
• Direct talent and micro-influencers during shoots; host on-camera if comfortable.
• Edit with fast, retention-focused pacing; add captions, SFX, and transitions.
• Analyze performance metrics to iterate on engagement and sales.
