Scarlett Indonesia is seeking a creative UGC Content Creator in Jakarta to craft engaging short-form videos that resonate with beauty audiences. You will ideate, shoot, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, driving views and authentic engagement.

You have at least 1 year of UGC experience in beauty, strong on-camera presence, and a passion for internet culture. The role requires independent work, trend spotting, and timely experimentation to capture viral

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Art & Photography, Digital Media, or related field.
• Has a year proven experiences to work in beauty industry is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience creating UGC content.
• Strong understanding of how to create a compelling hook within the first few seconds of a video.
• Highly familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and the latest content trends.
• Strong content instincts and the ability to identify content that is funny, relatable, surprising, controversial, or emotionally engaging.
• Able to work independently and manage the content creation process end-to-end.
• Able to shoot and edit content independently.
• Quick to identify trends and execute them in a timely manner.
• Willing to experiment and produce multiple variations of content.
• Strong interest and curiosity in internet culture and viral content.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, creative, and potentially viral UGC and short-form video content.
• Independently develop ideas, concepts, hooks, angles, and storytelling from ideation to ready-to-publish content.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end content creation process.
• Be confident and comfortable appearing on camera, with the ability to deliver content in a natural, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Actively experiment with different hooks, angles, formats, pacing, and storytelling approaches to identify the best-performing content formats.
• Turn simple ideas, trends, and everyday topics into creative, relatable, and engaging UGC content.
• Stay up to date with trends, viral content, internet culture, and emerging content formats to generate fresh and relevant ideas.
• Have a strong sense of creativity and content taste, with a constant drive to find new ways to make content more interesting and engaging.
