- Confident on-camera presence with persuasive communication skills.
- Strong visual sensibility with lighting, framing, and color understanding.
- Experience developing content strategies based on trends and social data.
- Concise and engaging video script writing ability.
- Proficient in video editing applications (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content calendars and design content strategies aligned with brand identity and current beauty trends.
- Write scripts for video content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) with engaging hooks.
- Produce high-quality visual content (photos and videos), from concepting through shooting to editing.
