Responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualize new makeup products from ideation to launch.
• Innovate across texture, formula, packaging, and other key product aspects.
• Oversee the product innovation process to ensure excellence at every stage.
• Engage with internal and external end-users to gather insights shaping product decisions.
• Generate and share product knowledge to support marketing and sales strategies.
• Analyze product performance, including sales trends and KOL insights.
• Create detailed product briefs and provide strategic input for marketing positioning.
