Job Responsibilities:\\*\\* \\* Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and utility operators. \\* Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery, building infrastructure, and utility systems (e.g., electrical, water, HVAC, steam). \\* Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and best practices to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. \\* Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and ensure the availability of critical components. \\* Monitor and analyze utility consumption, identify areas for improvement, and implement energy-saving initiatives. \\* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. \\* Conduct regular inspections, audits, and performance evaluations of equipment and systems. \\* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to the maintenance team. \\* Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and report on maintenance performance metrics. \\* Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to support operational goals and new projects. Job Qualifications:\\*\\* \\* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. \\* Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and utility supervision, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment (food processing preferred). \\* Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and boiler operations. \\* Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. \\* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. \\* Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). \\* Strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance. \\* Good command of English, both written and verbal. \\* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
