Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and preventive/corrective activities for production equipment and utilities. You will lead troubleshooting, coordinate downtime reductions, and ensure work aligns with technical specifications and budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant engineering/equipment role.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and breakdown recovery of production equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate maintenance technicians, including task assignments and schedules.
• Coordinate installation, modification, overhaul, and upgrades of equipment per specs, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and ISO standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and report issues and improvements to management.

Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and utility systems to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime.

Lead troubleshooting, repair, and breakdown recovery of production equipment.

Monitor equipment performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability & efficiency

Lead, supervise, and evaluate maintenance technicians, including task assignments, work schedules, and overtime arrangements when necessary.

Coordinate and lead equipment installation, modification, overhaul, upgrading, and improvement projects, ensuring completion according to technical specifications, timelines, and budget targets.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures, HSE standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Prepare maintenance reports, evaluate completed maintenance projects, and report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, and improvement recommendations to management.

About you

Minimum S1 in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant engineering/equipment role

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings

Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and coordination skills

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
