Job summary

PT Alamanda Global Health seeks an Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts in our manufacturing facility. You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee electrical and HVAC systems, water treatment, and energy efficiency initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 2–5 years leadership experience in manufacturing, and strong team leadership to ensure safety and production targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• 2–5 years experience as Engineering Manager/Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance on primary production machinery.
• Oversee high-voltage electrical systems, panels, generators, transformers, and power distribution.
• Manage compressed air systems, piping, and industrial compressors.
• Oversee HVAC systems and chiller systems for production machine cooling.
• Manage industrial water systems, WTP, WWTP/IPAL, water pumps, and piping.
• Develop and execute annual PM schedules to minimize downtime.
• Prepare technical maintenance OPEX budgets and plan CAPEX investments.
• Lead and improve discipline of engineering technician teams.
• Understand strategic management instructions, analyze problems, and adapt to new machinery.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering field

Job description

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational troubleshooting and routine maintenance systems (Preventive & Corrective Maintenance) on primary production machinery
• Oversee high-voltage electrical systems, electrical panels, generators, transformers, factory power distribution, and energy efficiency initiatives
• Manage compressed air systems, air piping installations, and industrial compressor maintenance
• Oversee HVAC systems, industrial air conditioning (Central or Cassette type), and chiller systems for production machine cooling
• Manage industrial water systems, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), wastewater treatment (WWTP/IPAL), water pumps, and factory piping installations
• Develop and execute annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize unexpected machine downtime (Zero Breakdown Target)
• Prepare technical maintenance cost budgets (OPEX) and plan investments for new equipment/machinery (CAPEX)
• Lead, direct, and improve discipline of engineering technician teams in the field
• Understand strategic management instructions quickly, conduct independent problem analysis, and adapt to new machinery technology in the factory

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering field
• Minimum 2–5 years experience as Engineering Manager/Supervisor in manufacturing industry
• Deep understanding of factory ecosystem, workplace safety culture (K3), and production line efficiency targets
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
