Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a maintenance leader to supervise a team of technicians at our Wonoayu plant in East Java. You will plan and execute preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and ensure safety and reliability of all equipment.

The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, CMMS experience, and the ability to manage inventory, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration with production to meet operational targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
