Job summary

Requirement

• Minimum high school/vocational school (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Electrical, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the same position (experience in mining or heavy equipment industry is preferred)
• Able to prepare and manage maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly), backlog management, and understand preventive and predictive maintenance concepts
• Strong analytical and coordination skills in preparing reports (PA, MA, MTBF, MTTR) and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operation, Warehouse, Planner, and Supervisor)
• POP certification is required
• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
